Anarchy Tee-Shirt (White)

Originally, Anarchy was an idea that was created by philosophers in ancient China & Greece. These philosophers questioned the need for government and declared that it is a moral right for individuals to live free from coercion. 

In the 1970's Punk Rock bands revived this idea and put their own twist on the theory. 

Currently, Anarchy is a very loose idea and it means different things to different people. 

BTWTY does not desire to make an Anarchist society but rather, we belive that our democrocy is becoming corrupt (as many things do over time) and that the people need to have a louder voice and easier access to current events and THE TRUTH. 

So the Anarchy symbol is there to make you question the roles of government in society... It is not to say we do not need government but it seems that as time goes on the people are loosing more and more of their rights and powers. In order to have a healthy, happy world, the people need to be able to rise up and speak for the things we belive in such as clean air, water and land for our future generations. We belive that our votes should be counted equally and that we should be able to trust our elected officials to do what is best for the people and the world, regardless of their party affiliation... We should move away from the two party system anyway :)
